I’ve spent a decade working with leaders who are good at what they do but stuck in how they do it. Sometimes it’s a pattern they can’t see from the inside. Sometimes it’s fog, too many inputs, not enough clarity on what to do next. My job is to cut through that and help them act.
AI changed the game, but not in the way most people are talking about it. I picked it up early, not because I’m a tech person, but because I’m curious. And within months it was clear: this technology would either amplify the humans who understood it, or quietly replace the agency of those who didn’t.
I’m not interested in the replacement story. I’m interested in the amplification one. That’s why I co-founded HOWLL, private AI infrastructure for businesses that want to own their intelligence, not rent it.
